Our Team
BENJAMIN CHER
Benjamin is the Director and Principal Consultant at Magis Legacy. He was awarded the Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®) designation by the Society of Will Writers UK and Estate Planning Practitioners Limited (EPPL) in February 2022 and has since been actively involved in estate planning work.
He specialises in legacy planning and asset structuring for business owners and high net worth individuals, helping them not only preserve their wealth, but also their purpose and priorities across generations.
KWA LAY TENG
Lay Teng is a Senior Consultant at Magis Legacy. She was awarded the Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®) designation by the Society of Will Writers UK and Estate Planning Practitioners Limited (EPPL) in April 2023.
As an experienced estate planner, she works closely with each of her clients to understand their unique circumstances, concerns, and goals, helping them develop a customised estate plan that is tailored to their personal needs and wishes.
ANNE SEET
Anne is an Associate Consultant at Magis Legacy. She was awarded the Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®) designation by the Society of Will Writers UK and Estate Planning Practitioners Limited (EPPL) in April 2025.
With a keen eye for detail and a heart for service, Anne is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the estate planning process with clarity and compassion.
